Legal
Terms of Service
Effective September 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Shotshot website, account services, subscriptions, cloud features, and desktop application. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the Google account and devices connected to Shotshot, for keeping access secure, and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only where legally permitted.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew for the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; taxes, receipts, and billing details are managed in the billing portal. Plan limits and included credits are shown before purchase. Canceling stops future renewal and ordinarily leaves access active through the current paid period. Our Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass plan or usage controls, access another person's account, distribute malware, or use Shotshot to violate law or third-party rights. You remain responsible for content you create and for permissions required to use source assets and connected AI providers.
Software and service changes
Shotshot may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. Open-source components remain governed by their applicable licenses. Hosted services may be unavailable during maintenance or events outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that generated output is accurate, unique, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shotshot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of the service.
